Repeat after me.....luh paN koh-ti-dyaN. luh paN koh-ti-dyaN. luh paN koh-ti-dyaN.
What you just pronounced was "the daily bread" in french which reads Le Pain Quotidien! See, its easier when it is broken down.
I love this place and I wanted to post on why Le Pain has become one of our Sunday rituals.
& here is why:
First, the atmosphere. The simplicity of the wooden rooms full of large communal tables makes it feel homey rather than restaurant like in a sort of a rustic-modern-french way. Although we always grab a table for 2 by the window, but you have the option of both.
The food is fresh and organic. The coffee is my favorite by far... and it might have to do with the bowl shaped coffee mug they serve you. I'm able to wrap both hands around the mug which makes it a simple pleasure of mine :)
Back to the food. The food at Le Pain is wholesome and delicious! There is also an awesome variety that
is sure to please your dining needs, even if they are extremely different
. Vegan food? Check. Omnivore food? Check. Vegetarian
food? Gluten Free? Check. I always order the Gluten Free Salmon Tartine. Amaze.
If you like bread, this place is a must. A unique, and completely amazing, feature of Le Pain is their variety of sweet
spreads for their bread. Perfect if you have a super sweet tooth.
Le Pain can at times get extremely busy, I highly recommend enjoying a brunch with your girlfriends on a weekend while sipping on mimosa's. Yes they have mimosas!
Le Pain for us is our perfect spot for a leisurely brunch on Sundays.
Check it out and let me know what you think!
Thank you for stopping by, have a lovely week!
