SHE'S A LIST MAKER, FOOD TAKER

I'm gonna be very honest with you.... its been hard today to muster up any energy whatsoever. After being on a vacation, on an island in the sun, all of last week with the only responsibility being to remember to reapply sunscreen, its been hard to do work or anything at all. I'm in a fog, but a happy island fog.



Anyway, since we cleared the fridge out prior to leaving I need to restock the fridge tonight. My body has taken a huge toll eating eating processed foods and quite frankly I need my energy back!

Ive been asked many times what my grocery list consists of.. so I figured this is the perfect time to create a list for tonight and show you what I buy.

  • 5LB bag of Organic Carrots (we juice our carrots and give some for the dog as treats)
