THIS GOES OUT TO KELLY....



Our first heat wave of 2013 has arrived, and what better way to beat the heat then to enjoy a cold treat infused with wine! This one goes out to you Kells, such a lover of Malbec.....

Today's recipe is a Raspberry/Blackberry Malbec Sorbet. This sorbet is done in minutes, and the blender does all the work.


Raspberry Blackberry Malbec sorbet
1 c frozen raspberries
2 c frozen blackberries
2 tbsp raw sugar
1/2 c organic plain yogurt
3 tbsp Malbec (or Cabernet)


Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy and savor each bite.... (best to enjoy  immediately)

& Voila!
